In the 40's the unit was called the 41st Armored Infantry Regiment (AIR). Note the unit designation pained on the back of the halftrack. This image is cropped slightly, in the origional photo, you can see the 'I'

Have any of you seen the movie Three Kings with George Clooney, Ice Cube, and Marky Mark? I was intrigued by the ads last year and saw the film at a dollar theater after it finished its run in the major outlets. I don't know if an adventure like that could have occured or not. Some of the issues were very interesting. If you've seen the film and have any comments you'd like to share, drop me a line.
